Don’t make resolutions! Try this instead.

Every year there are dozens of articles published and posted about new year resolutions. “Experts” from psychologists to business moguls tell us how we need to make goals, define the steps to achieve those goals and march forward into the new year with purpose. That’s a great idea, in theory. But most new year resolutions are a distant memory before the end of January.
